Peanut butter rice cake chocolate protein balls



  • 1 Cup Almond meal
  • 1 scoop Vanilla bone broth
  • Protein powder (Mitchells I used) (or any other protein powder or even Collagen)
  • 3 rice cakes
  • 1/3 Cup Peanut butter
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup


  • 80 grams of quality dark chocolate


  1. Make the filling, add all ingredients together except for the rice cakes. Mix it all in.
  2. Crumble the rice cakes on top and mix gently3. Roll the dough into 6 even balls and put them in the freezer so they can firm up.4. Melt the chocolate and dip the balls in the chocolate until covered, put them on a plate and let them set in the fridge.
