Chocolate Raspberry Christmas Bark


  • 200 grams toasted coconut
  • 2 hands full macadamia nuts
  • 1 hand full Brazil nuts (chopped up)
  • 2 hands full cranberries
  • 3 x 500 grams dark chocolate (85%) melted
  • 1 TBSP coconut oil melted


Add all dry ingredients into a large bowlOn the stove heat up water in a small pan, put a heatproof bowl on top and add in the chocolate and coconut oil to melt it down.Once fully melted add it into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.Add into a large dish, or sheet pan and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours and ready to break or cut up.
